Junior Business Analyst

Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system with a culture and associate experience grounded in service, growth, care and connection. They are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to provide technical expertise in information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure and assist customers with problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure
• Apply basic understanding of the principles of information technology with working knowledge in one or two technology environments
• Choose from established procedures to address customer problems
• Direct customers to the correct resources when necessary for problem resolution
• Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards
• Share knowledge effectively within the work team
• Form productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively

Requirements:

• High School diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
