IFS - (SCM) Functional Consultant

Title: IFS - (SCM) Functional Consultant Location: Remote - Need to travel as per client needs Duration: 6+ months (with possible extension)

Functional Consulting & Implementation

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of IFS Supply Chain Management modules, including:
  • Inventory Management
  • Procurement / Purchasing
  • Demand and Supply Planning
  • Warehouse Management
  • Order Management
• Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments between business requirements and IFS standard functionality
• Configure IFS applications to align with business processes and industry best practices
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, integrations, and custom developments
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization

Data Migration & Analysis

• Lead and support data migration activities for SCM objects
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on migration strategy, templates, and load programs :
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for data manipulation, including:
  • Pivot tables
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • Advanced formulas
  • Data validation and reconciliation
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness during loads and final cutover.

• 5+ years of experience as an IFS Functional Consultant or similar ERP SCM role
• Proven hands-on experience with data migration activities in ERP implementations
• Strong experience with IFS Cloud

• Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain processes:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Inventory and Warehouse Operations
  • Planning and Fulfillment
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for large-scale data analysis and migration
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, manufacturing)
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and test scenarios

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• IFS Functional Certification (SCM modules preferred)
