Employ is transforming how hiring gets done with its innovative ATS solutions and AI technology. The Product Manager II will focus on evolving key experiences within the ATS products, improving workflows, and enhancing candidate engagement across the hiring lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- You will own execution and contribute to prioritization for a defined set of ATS capabilities, ensuring recruiters and hiring teams can efficiently manage the hiring lifecycle within Employ's platform. Working from an established product vision, you will help translate customer needs and market insights into features and improvements that deliver measurable value

- You will be responsible for:
- Driving end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, from discovery through launch
- Contributing to roadmap prioritization for ATS capabilities, informed by customer feedback, usage data, and competitive context
- Partnering with engineering and design to scope, specify, and ship recruiter and hiring manager workflow improvements
- Supporting the development of AI-powered features (e.g., recommendations, automation, assisted workflows) within existing recruiter experiences
- Conducting customer and stakeholder discovery to surface insights that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience
- Working with go-to-market partners on launch readiness, messaging, and enablement for new capabilities
- Monitoring feature adoption and outcomes post-launch to inform iteration
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of product management experience
- Demonstrated ability to ship products and features end-to-end
- Familiarity working alongside AI/ML or data science teams on AI-powered features
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform prioritization decisions
- Clear, organized communicator who can align cross-functional teammates and surface insights to product leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a results-oriented, PE-backed environment
- Experience in hiring, HR tech, or workforce technology
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered features or working with data science teams
- Experience improving workflows, usability, or operational efficiency within a product
