Amerit Fleet Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help expand customer initiatives and clientele while driving sustainable growth through strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to schedule service with customers
- Customer service
- Ability to build customer relationship & trust
- Recognize red flags to relationship with customers through communication with customers
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Some weekend and after-hours work may be required
- Some local travel to visit clientele will be required approximately once per quarter
Requirements:
- Must have BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and an excellent customer service representative
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Bilingual is a plus
