TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, helping clients activate ideas and solutions. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to schedule pest and rodent inspections, manage inbound and outbound calls, and provide product information.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Taking inbound calls
- Place an outbound call to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling
- Schedule techs to come out for inspections
- Take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
Requirements:
- Ability to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Experience taking inbound calls and placing outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Ability to handle 80-100 calls a day
- Willingness to work a 40 hour work week, including Sunday-Saturday; 6am CST– 10pm CST
- Ability to provide customers with product samples and catalogs
- Ability to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
