AI Engineer

Object Oriented Search is a stable and rapidly growing National Financial services company seeking a Remote AI Engineer with expertise in AI Automation solutions for the mortgage industry. The role involves developing AI-driven solutions, integrating with key mortgage systems, and delivering projects rapidly while exploring emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Automation for mortgage or fintech ecosystems, particularly with Encompass or other LOS platforms
• Create AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, copilots, or automated workflow tools
• Integrate with key mortgage systems (DU, LPA, FHA, credit providers, etc.)
• Deliver projects rapidly and refine them through iterative feedback
• Exploring emerging technologies

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Extensive background with AI and Automation
• Must have experience building AI Solutions for the mortgage industry
• Self‑driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple new initiatives while supporting existing products in a fast‑changing environment
• Understanding of AI and LLM technologies and how to apply them effectively to practical, real‑world problems
• Knowledge of DU, LPA, FHA, credit providers, etc
