Software Manager/Project Manager

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Software Manager/Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support applications used by staff to ensure children's safety and well-being, while mentoring software engineers and improving application functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Support the applications used by support staff to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments
• Work with internal and external customers to define new functionality and resolve issues they find when using the applications
• Mentor and develop software engineers as they work on projects and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer related field
• Two years project management experience
• Supervision experience
• Five years' or more of Software Development experience
• Relational Database knowledge
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
