Senior International People Business Partner

Roblox is a leading platform for immersive digital experiences, enabling millions to connect and create. They are seeking a Senior International People Business Partner to align talent strategies with business objectives and support global expansion through innovative HR protocols and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Establish yourself as a knowledgeable, trusted, reliable partner for the team members of your client groups
• Collaborate with other People and Systems Teams in the design and implementation of People programs to attract, retain, and promote a dynamic and innovative workforce
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support key business objectives and drive group-level, function-level, and overall organizational performance
• Provide strategic guidance on a wide range of people-related topics, including organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and other key initiatives
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative people-related programs and initiatives
• Leverage data to identify People insights, that inform and drive strategic discussions and strategies for client groups
• Serve as an executive coach, provide guidance, and support the development of our leaders
