Account Manager/Marketing - Remote (PST)

OneDigital is a company that partners with business owners to provide them with peace of mind through risk management. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Insurance Account Manager responsible for managing a book of business, developing client relationships, and delivering an extraordinary client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a book of business of commercial insurance accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and analyze client needs
• Develop and present insurance solutions
• Negotiate and place insurance policies
• Manage client renewals
• Provide claims assistance
• Deliver an extraordinary client experience
• Help marketing team with new business submissions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales
• Strong understanding of business insurance products and services
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2-5 years commercial account management experience
