The Social Bodega is a boutique social and performance studio focused on partnership and creativity. They are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy that enhances brand visibility and drives customer engagement through Google Ads and effective campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- End to end paid search strategy and execution in Google Ads
- Thoughtful campaign architecture across brand, non brand, product, and seasonal initiatives
- Keyword and search term strategies rooted in real customer intent
- Ad copy and extensions that balance performance with brand voice and clarity
- Ongoing optimization focused on efficiency, learning, and sustainable growth
- Budget pacing and performance management with a clear point of view
- Turning performance data into insights and recommendations we can actually act on
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing Google Ads with confidence and autonomy
- Comfortable owning accounts without heavy oversight
- Experience with e-commerce or retail brands, especially those with seasonal demand
- Comfortable being client facing and able to clearly communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations
- Curious by nature and always asking why something is or isn't working
- Organized, communicative, and thoughtful in how you collaborate
- Ideally based in Austin, TX so we can collaborate in person from time to time
- Open to candidates in other locations who are comfortable working remotely and staying closely connected
