Trident Consulting is currently seeking a Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager- Product for one of our industry-leading clients. The role focuses on leading loyalty and retention strategies that increase rider engagement, frequency, and lifetime value through innovative loyalty programs and data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute loyalty and retention marketing strategies
- Manage end-to-end customer journey (awareness → engagement → retention)
- Design and test innovative loyalty programs
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, retention, adoption)
- Use customer insights and behavioral data to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and business teams
Requirements:
- 7+ years in marketing
- 5+ years in loyalty/retention/CRM
- Experience with B2C or consumer tech companies
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with customer insights and behavioral marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
