TRULEO is building AI-powered agents and investigative tools that help law enforcement agencies solve cold cases. They are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own and build the entire revenue engine, driving revenue across the full lifecycle from marketing to renewal and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full revenue lifecycle: marketing → sales → closed won → onboarding → renewal → expansion
- Build the operating system that drives predictable, repeatable revenue growth
- Align sales, marketing, and customer success around shared metrics and execution
- Serve as the architect and owner of HubSpot and the broader GTM tech stack
- Design pipelines, lifecycle stages, automation, and reporting infrastructure
- Ensure data integrity, attribution, and full-funnel visibility
- Own pipeline health, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy
- Build forecasting models and enforce discipline across the sales team
- Provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities
- Own the flow from closed deal through billing and invoicing
- Ensure contracts, pricing, and invoices are aligned and accurate
- Build scalable processes for deal structuring, approvals, and execution
- Build and manage renewal tracking, workflows, and forecasting
- Create systems to drive expansion revenue and minimize churn
- Partner with customer success to ensure retention and growth
- Own all revenue reporting including pipeline, conversion, and ARR metrics
- Build dashboards and deliver insights that guide leadership decisions
- Establish a single source of truth for the business
- Operationalize partnerships as a revenue channel
- Build systems to track, measure, and scale partnership-driven growth
- Lead initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and customer success
- Drive accountability and execution against aggressive growth targets
