Manager, Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations

Mithril is transforming the way AI companies access compute power, aiming to simplify and optimize compute resources for AI workloads. The Manager, Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations will be responsible for building the revenue operations infrastructure, managing billing processes, and collaborating on strategic financial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contract reviews, and order management for high-value deals
• Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, improving our tech stack (Stripe, Tabs) and handling complex edge cases
• Establish and run the collections and A/R management process to improve visibility into credit exposure and manage delayed payments
• Serve as the internal finance owner for the month-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with the VP of Finance on strategic projects like forecasting, modeling, and board materials after establishing core operational processes
