They are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to uncover opportunities in the US enterprise brand market, manage leads, and close deals effectively while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Work with Sales Development to uncover opportunities in the US enterprise brand market through networking, research, and outreach
- Lead Management: Nurture leads and guide them through the sales process using Salesforce CRM
- Solution Selling: Understand complex client needs and match them with Cint's solutions
- Proposal Creation: Craft compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Deal Closing: Navigate negotiations and close deals effectively
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years of proven success in new business development, preferably selling to enterprise-level clients in the US market
- Experience with SaaS solutions or market research/insights platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence senior-level executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for winning enterprise-level deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience with lead generation processes and tools
