Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is a recruitment organization seeking a Brand Manager for a global leader in medical aesthetics. The role involves creating and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and engagement, utilizing market insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategy to promote awareness and growth
- Create brand plans, campaigns and programs to meet/exceed revenue objectives and drive business
- Manage brand budgets and align marketing investments; tracking and reporting KPIs
- Maintain knowledge of market competitors and utilize knowledge to create go-to-market and brand strategies
- Lead strategy of product lifecycle; launches, balance market needs, fit within existing portfolio and profitability
- Manage development and implementation of marketing programs that drive engagement and brand appeal
- Ensure brand storytelling consistency and creativity within agency partners; manage projects, conduct post product launch evaluations to influence outcomes
- Support client acquisitions, loyalty and retention by developing sales tools and marketing assets
- Leverage analytics, optimizing performance and ROI supporting omnichannel engagement and measuring campaign performance
- Communicate brand performance and identity opportunities in collaboration with other depts
- Collaborate with internal depts. to manage P&L performance, promotional ROIs and pricing scenarios
- Establish relationships with KOLs and clients; create brand advocacy and programs
- Travel as needed to engage with sales teams and clients, educate and ensure brand alignment
- Attend conferences and events as brand advocate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
- Min. 8+ years of Marketing experience within Medical Device, Aesthetics and/or Dental
- Marketing Management experience within Aesthetics required
- Experience within Aesthetics industry, preferably Aesthetic Lasers
- Experience creating brand plans, marketing programs and executing product launches
- Experience with the 4Ps of Marketing - Product, Price, Place, and Promotion
- Previous experience in product lifecycle management and commercialization
- Strong downstream marketer that works with commercial sales teams and HCPs
- A&P budget and vendor contract management experience
- Ability to develop and execute strong brand plans
- Knowledge/Understanding of digital marketing, analytics and omnichannel engagement
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% to HQ and events
