Tethered Talent is looking for a Parts Sales Account Manager who will drive revenue through the sale of diagnostic imaging and related equipment parts. This role involves engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and deliver quotes for diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, and related equipment parts, including upgrade opportunities
- Manage inbound inquiries, identify required parts, and create/track sales orders to ensure timely response and fulfillment
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and new business growth
- Execute outbound sales efforts and targeted campaigns to drive parts revenue
- Proactively engage customers to identify needs for parts, service, or training
- Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage customer data, sales activity, and reporting accuracy
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in a technical, medical, or equipment-related environment
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to interpret customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
