Senior Project Manager #11181

ECCO Select is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong hands-on Scrum Master experience to lead Agile teams. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, coaching team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices, and ensuring effective project management across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Serve as the active Scrum Master, owning sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure teams are operating within a true Scrum framework, including consistent sprint cadence, clear backlog ownership, and continuous improvement practices
• Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across teams
• Partner with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery success
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Lead effective retrospectives and drive actionable improvements across both teams and client stakeholders
• Assess and improve Agile maturity across teams, moving beyond loosely defined or inconsistent processes
• Ensure Agile practices are applied in a practical, delivery-focused way — not just theoretical
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and reporting within Jira, Confluence, and related tools
• Drive transparency and clear communication across teams and leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams operating in a true sprint-based environment
• Hands-on ownership of full Scrum ceremonies — not just participation
• Ability to lead teams independently and step in without needing ramp-up or coaching
• Strong facilitation skills, especially leading retrospectives with both teams and stakeholders
• Experience coaching teams and clients on Agile best practices and improving delivery processes
• Comfortable working across product, engineering, QA, and business teams
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or Scrum leadership
• Demonstrated experience running true Agile/Scrum teams with defined sprint cadences and ceremonies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, dependency management, and cross-team coordination
• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments
