Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the builder services industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the builder services industry
- Support the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and preferences
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales solutions to prospective clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
- Solid understanding of builder services industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools
