As a Mass Market Solutions Engineer, you will bridge client requirements with innovative technologies to create tailored technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational success across various business environments.
Responsibilities:
- Designing next generation communication solutions for Zoom customers
- Conducting demonstrations and POCs (proof of concept) for prospective and existing Zoom customers
- Translating customer problems into technical solutions and business outcomes
- Communicating strategic value of Zoom over offers
- Preparing responses to RFQ/RFPs
- Working cross-functionally within Zoom to deliver customer happiness
- Learning and growing with Zoom's platform as it constantly and rapidly evolves
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of technical experience in SaaS technologies
- Demonstrate business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Have SaaS Sales, Customer Success, or Tech Support experience
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences
- Understand solution sales and the sales cycle
- Be flexible and able to function in a high growth environment
- Be adaptive to the rapid changes and enhancements of an AI powered UCaaS solution across all product lines
- Have knowledge in UCaaS and ISV market
- Understand Zoom partner and ecosystem partners, products and applications
