ZobeLab is a new music technology app startup dedicated to revolutionizing the music industry. As the VP of Alliances, you will be responsible for business development, forming partnerships, and managing accounts to support the growth of independent music artists and professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing connections throughout the music industry for our platform
- Business development, forming partnerships, managing accounts, investor relations, acquiring advertisers for our platform, and fostering strategic partnerships
- Identifying and establishing key partnerships with music educators, music labels, producers, DJs, music supervisors, festivals, concert/showcase promoters, other industry professionals, advertisers, and potential sponsors
- Securing affiliate marketing deals
- Reaching out to brands, artists, institutions, music companies, and music professionals for partnerships, licensing deals, or sponsorships
- Initiating contact, following-up, and locking in interest in our new music platform and establishing partnerships by obtaining letters of intent (LOI) and non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
- Establishing partnerships in meetings, completing contracts, and enabling partners to sign-in to the platform and create their accounts
- Constant follow-ups, meetings, account management, and business development to ensure steady orders from clients within the platform and establish new partnerships
Requirements:
- Experience in Partnerships and Account Management
- Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the music industry and independent music landscape
- Proven track record of driving business development and partnership growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with sales and developing new leads
- Detail orientation and self-organization will be needed to be fully successful
