Charger Logistics Inc. is a growing asset-based freight and logistics group with operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. They are seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to manage a full-cycle sales role in freight brokerage and logistics services, focusing on prospecting, account management, and shipment execution.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business across freight brokerage and logistics services
- Own the full customer lifecycle — from first contact to ongoing account management
- Manage end-to-end shipment execution including carrier procurement, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, providing proactive customer service and solutions
- Build and grow a self-sustaining book of business with full P&L accountability
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL, with cradle-to-grave account ownership
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and retain accounts independently
- Hands-on experience with logistics execution — not just sales
- Strong understanding of North American truckload, and/or cross-border freight
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — you run your desk like your own business
- Existing carrier and/or shipper relationships are a strong asset
