Company Confidential is a growing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and hiring solutions platform seeking a hands-on sales professional to drive partnerships with associations, franchise systems, and multi-location organizations. The role focuses on prospecting, creating opportunities, and closing deals, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage associations, franchise groups, and multi-location organizations
- Drive outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate opportunities
- Run sales conversations and move deals through to close
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
Requirements:
- 5–15 years in business development or sales
- A track record of generating your own pipeline and closing deals
- Comfortable with direct outreach and hunting for new business
- Experience with partnerships, associations, franchises, or HR/B2B services
