Microsoft is a globally recognized gaming brand seeking a Program Manager for a contract role through Allegis Global Solutions. This position focuses on driving experimentation strategy and execution, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving user experience across web surfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end experimentation program, guiding teams through the complete experiment lifecycle from ideation through analysis and decision-making
- Maintain and optimize the experimentation pipeline across intake, review, development, and analysis phases to ensure efficient and high-quality execution
- Manage the experimentation backlog and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to maintain visibility and momentum
- Develop clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning goals in partnership with product teams to improve decision quality
- Enhance the integrity of analysis artifacts including experiment scorecards and statistical power calculations to enable confident interpretation of results
- Coach product managers, designers, and engineers on experimentation best practices to enable self-service capabilities
- Partner with product leads to identify high-leverage experimentation opportunities and integrate testing into delivery roadmaps
- Create and maintain shared program assets including playbooks, dashboards, and onboarding materials to standardize experimentation practices
- Publish regular experimentation updates and quarterly recaps to communicate results, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Build and maintain institutional knowledge repositories to ensure learnings are documented and reusable across the organization
- Champion experimentation principles that optimize for trustworthiness, velocity, and democratization across the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with web-based experimentation and testing programs
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-focused data analysis, statistics, and statistical analysis
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a cross-functional technical program manager for web or online products
- Demonstrated experience managing experimentation pipelines from intake through analysis
- Proven track record of enabling teams through coaching and process improvement
