Parallel Design Studio is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who excels at finding and hiring top talent in a competitive market. The role involves building relationships with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and developing innovative strategies to enhance the hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

• You will be the one to build a thriving talent pipeline that ensures we have a steady stream of qualified candidates for all open positions at all times, come what may
• It will be up to you to craft and manage a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
• You will be the showrunner in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with our overall business goals
• You’ll partner with hiring managers to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver tangible results by consistently meeting their needs
• Staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to improve our hiring process
• You’ll be in charge of our Campus Recruitment program and develop relationships with top universities to secure a pipeline of fresh talent for the future
