Microsoft is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Program Manager (Contract) to drive strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating connected customer journeys and supporting marketing planning and execution to drive growth across small and medium business sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and execution of integrated marketing plans anchored around solution plays, offers, programs, or other business priorities as required
- Develop customer journey mapping across all stages of the customer journey including both pre- and post-sales touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, sales, partner, marketing operations, business operations, and engineering teams
- Manage audience segmentation and cohort management strategies
- Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns including web, paid media, events, email, social media, and blog
- Define KPIs and measurable outcomes aligned with business priorities
- Create clear and actionable integrated marketing plans highly aligned with go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of integrated marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing planning and execution
- Previous experience working with enterprise technology companies
- Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing plans anchored around solution plays, offers, or programs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
- Expert knowledge of integrated marketing principles including strategy, planning, and execution
- Digital marketing expertise spanning both planning and execution
- Functional knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in customer segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Experience with marketing channels including web, paid media, events, email, social media, and blog
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking with ability to align marketing initiatives to business outcomes
- Analytical skills to define and track KPIs
