They are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, resolve system issues, and ensure the smooth operation of digital tools and infrastructure used by their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and system-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems
- Support architecture and design software tools (e.g., CAD, BIM platforms)
- Assist with system configuration, setup, and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve complex issues
- Document solutions, processes, and troubleshooting guides
- Support onboarding and technical setup for new team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and networks
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS systems
- Experience supporting design or architecture tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc. preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking and cloud-based tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
