Job Title: Network Infrastructure Project Manager / Coordinator
Location: Twin Falls, Idaho (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months (with possible extension)
Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of network and connectivity projects that support the expansion of our food manufacturing operations onsite at our Twin Falls, ID facility.
This role coordinates capital project solutions between the following teams:
- IT/OT Network Engineering
- Industrial-Controls / Automation
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in capital project meetings, network engineering meetings, automation meetings, and emergency-situation meetings to ensure standards adherence, materials quoting, purchasing/ordering, delivery coordination, and materials installation with internal teams and external contractors.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to align network architecture, cabling, and equipment standards with project timelines and budgets.
- Manage project documentation, including network diagrams, as-built drawings, validation reports, infrastructure management systems such as SolarWinds and Catalyst Center, and change control logs.
- Ensure network segmentation, redundancy, and cybersecurity controls meet both corporate security policies and industry compliance standards in collaboration with the Network Engineering and CyberSecurity teams.
- Coordinate the evaluation, proof of concept, purchasing, delivery, installation, and documentation of new industrial systems in collaboration with the Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, and CyberSecurity teams.
- Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders, highlighting risk, scope, and schedule adherence.
- Serve as a liaison between IT network operations and Automation teams during commissioning and hyper care stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience managing network or infrastructure projects, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of OT environments, including industrial Ethernet, VLAN segmentation, and device-level communications.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, SCADA) and plant control system topologies.
- Proven track record coordinating multiple contractors, integrators, and engineering disciplines.
- Experience with network security design, firewalls, and OT network isolation practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
