Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of supervisory/management experience with proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills in technical environments
- Experience managing operations in complex IT/network environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Cisco VoIP solutions (design, administration, maintenance) and managing networking teams
- Experience supporting 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environments
