🕒 Full‑Time | Field‑Based Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives in the Springfield, MO area. This is an outside/field sales role focused on helping homeowners with exterior restoration solutions, focused on roofing, siding, and gutters.
We are looking for motivated, competitive individuals who are comfortable working in the field and ready to grow with a nationally recognized company.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through field canvassing and customer interaction
• Meet with homeowners to assess exterior needs
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community
• Work closely with sales and production teams
• Learn the full sales process with provided training and support

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with outside / door‑to‑door sales
• Strong communication skills
• Self‑motivated and dependable
• Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow
