Clinical Product Specialist - U.S.

EyeControl is a personalized, adaptive communication platform for patients in intensive care. They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to support the adoption of their innovative medical technology in hospitals, ensuring successful implementations and training clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support on-site implementations in hospitals, ensuring smooth integration into ICU workflows and daily routines
• Deliver hands-on training to clinical staff, helping teams confidently incorporate the platform into patient care
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, therapists, and hospital leadership, serving as a trusted clinical partner on-site
• Provide first-line technical support, assist with troubleshooting, and collect feedback from clinical teams to inform product improvements
• Support pilots and clinical studies, working closely with hospital partners and internal teams
