Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales strategies, and market research
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
- Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and meeting sales targets
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of IT staffing, staff augmentation, and technology consulting is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales metrics tracking is a plus
