Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, and they are seeking an experienced federal sales professional to join their Intelligence Community Sales team as a Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will build strategic executive-level relationships and support customers in their mission and IT transformation efforts using Red Hat's services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate Red Hat’s values and vision to the executive and management levels of customer organizations
- Successfully sell solutions and services in the field
- Develop new account areas of focus within the assigned account
- Represent Red Hat to customers, and customers to Red Hat, in sales-related matters
- Meet assigned sales quotas
- Work to develop and expand assigned account territory
- Lead a Sales team consisting of Solution Architects, Insides Sales Representatives, Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Red Hat’s senior management
