Cyera is a leading data security platform focused on reinventing how businesses secure their data in the cloud era. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand their user-base and qualify potential B2B sales prospects through various outreach methods. This role involves managing leads, initiating sales conversations, and exceeding activity targets while gaining in-depth knowledge of Cyera's offerings and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Use Salesforce and other sales tools, build lead lists, craft outbound messaging, and share results with the larger sales team
- Prospect into accounts within your territory and find leads to qualify for your Enterprise Sales counterpart
- Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies
- Manage inbound inquiries and lead management
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Cyera Data Security Platform, industry trends, and competition
- Strive to exceed targets for daily activities and monthly and quarterly pipeline goals
- Conduct high-level conversations with mid and senior-level executives in the security space
- Learn, get better, hit your numbers, and raise your game–every day
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Work out of Cyera’s office (NYC)
