STAN AI is the largest provider of AI solutions for HOA and Condo Property Managers, using cutting-edge technology to enhance life for residents across North America. They are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building relationships with property management executives and HOA boards.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the HOA and Property Management space
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that highlight the ROI and efficiency gains of STAN AI
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts; attend trade shows and industry events to represent the STAN brand
- Navigate pricing discussions and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships
- Partner with the Marketing team on lead gen strategies and coordinate with the Customer Success team for seamless client hand-offs
- Outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to keep your funnel healthy
- Stay ahead of industry trends and provide feedback to the Product team to help shape the future of our AI solutions
