- but they should have some experience managing data, such as data migration
- Background in HR data analytics; someone with experience in HR applications could be a good fit too.
- Comfortable with SQL
- Good communication skills, and
- Some knowledge of conversational AI applications

- Testing
- Documenting metadata and semantic context, and
- Evaluating conversational AI user journeys
