Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM And Payroll (French) Consultant
Location: Montreal, Canada 
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Consultant (French-speaking) to support the extension of global Oracle Fusion standards to the Montreal region. The role involves localization, regulatory compliance, payroll implementation, and user enablement in a bilingual (French/English) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll modules
• Configure and support Canadian Payroll (Quebec-specific regulations preferred)
• Align global Oracle Fusion template with local business and statutory requirements
• Provide French-language support, including:
o User training
o Functional documentation
o System navigation guidance
• Configure French UI/screens, reports, and labels as required
• Handle local compliance requirements:
o Tax configurations
o Statutory reporting
o Payroll calculations
• Work with technical teams on:
o Customizations
o Integrations
o Reports (BI/OTBI)
• Prepare and review:
o Functional Design Documents (FDD)
o Test scripts (SIT/UAT)
• Support data migration and validation
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and payroll issues
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years of Oracle HCM experience
• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll
• Strong expertise in:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Absence Management
• Hands-on experience with Canada Payroll (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Quebec payroll regulations and tax rules
• Experience in global template rollouts / localization projects
• Proficiency in French and English (mandatory)
