JustAI is a company focused on redefining lifecycle marketing with AI. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will partner with enterprise customers to design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies, acting as a trusted advisor and driving revenue outcomes through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Customer Relationship
- Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Build deep relationships with lifecycle, growth, and product teams
- Act as a strategic partner, not just support
- Design Lifecycle Strategy (0→1)
- Work with customers to define their lifecycle marketing strategy from scratch
- Map user journeys across email, push, in-app, and more
- Identify high-impact opportunities across activation, engagement, and retention
- Run Lifecycle with AI
- Help customers translate strategy into AI-driven campaigns using JustAI
- Push beyond 'best practices' — experiment with personalization, sequencing, and decisioning at scale
- Move customers from manual campaigns → always-on, self-optimizing systems
- Drive Adoption, Retention, and Expansion
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
- Proactively solve problems before they surface — across strategy, execution, or tooling
- Expand usage across new use cases, teams, and channels
- Close the Feedback Loop
- Dive into technical and usability challenges alongside customers
- Bring structured insights back to product and engineering
- Influence roadmap based on real customer needs
Requirements:
- 2–6 years in lifecycle marketing, growth, consulting, or customer success
- Experience working with B2C products or high-scale user journeys
- Design lifecycle journeys across email, push, in-app, etc
- Translate business goals into campaigns, experiments, and systems
- Analyze performance and turn data into clear recommendations
- Communicate complex ideas simply, to both marketers and technical teams
- You're a problem solver first, you don't stop at surface-level answers
- You're AI-forward, excited to use new tools and rethink how marketing gets done
- You naturally push boundaries, not satisfied with incremental improvements
