TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers regarding pest and rodent inspections. The role involves taking inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing product recommendations to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections
- Taking inbound calls but may have to place an outbound call to follow up with customers on appointment scheduling
- Schedule techs to come out for an inspection
- Take anywhere from 80-100 calls a day
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
Requirements:
- Must have high-speed internet
- Must have at least 2+ year of call center experience
- 2+ years customer service/call center related experience required
