Microbot Medical is a commercial stage cutting-edge medical device endovascular robotic company, seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the product strategy, driving flawless execution and ensuring the success of LIBERTY through hands-on product management and effective leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sustained adoption and growth of LIBERTY across all account types including health systems and hospitals
- Support expansion within existing accounts including new physicians, departments and procedure types
- Partner with sales team to define and implement effective targeting, develop physician champions, and influence commercial strategy
- Ensure Sales Team is continuously updated and provided with tools to capitalize on market trends and data supporting product adoption
- Develop downstream positioning and value messaging
- Lead development and ongoing optimization of sales enablement tools
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operation, Sales Training and Prof. Ed. to accelerate adoption and utilization
- Serve as product authority for the commercial organization, external vendors, customers, distributors and partners
- Support employee onboarding and training specific to LIBERTY
- Capture and interpret voice of customer and field insights to inform both downstream and upstream improvements/activities
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity both domestic and international
- Work as part of cross-functional team (clinical, sales, regulatory, quality, marketing communications, manufacturing, R&D) to meet business objectives
- Manage all projects within specified budget and timeline
- Support compliant promotional review, labeling, and all post market activities and communication specific to product
- Plan and attend key conferences and tradeshows (including KOL podium time) to support commercial strategy, physician engagement, and market visibility
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 6-10 years of product management experience in the medical device industry
- Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes, value analysis, and physician adoption behavior
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Deep understanding of regulatory considerations for healthcare and medical devices
- Passionate with patient first mindset and a proven track record of acting with integrity and accountability
- MBA preferred
- Experience with launching new, differentiated technology in the endovascular space is preferred
- Endovascular and/or disposable products experience preferred
