Authenticom is a remote-first company in the automotive industry, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Resolve customer concerns and issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers to appropriate solutions
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system to maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales and technical support to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and operational processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the business services sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications
