They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement while supporting business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns that support key business priorities and solution areas
- Turn messaging and positioning into clear campaign strategies that drive engagement and lead generation
- Build out timelines, briefs, and execution plans to support campaign delivery from start to finish
- Partner with internal teams including product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment across initiatives
- Support targeted marketing efforts, including account-focused programs for priority clients and segments
- Execute across channels such as email, LinkedIn, digital campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop campaign assets and materials
- Leverage existing content (thought leadership, product messaging, customer stories) and adapt it for campaign use
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future initiatives based on data insights
- Continuously refine processes and introduce new ideas to improve efficiency and impact
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, demand generation, or go-to-market initiatives
- Demonstrated success running integrated, multi-channel campaigns in a complex or enterprise environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization
- Ability to break down strategy into clear, executable marketing plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving campaign performance
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-heavy role
- Exposure to industries such as technology, telecommunications, infrastructure, or other complex B2B sectors
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams through targeted or account-based marketing efforts
- Familiarity with technical or solutions-based offerings
- Experience supporting new product launches or evolving go-to-market strategies
- Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through and attention to detail
