Workspire is a growing construction services organization seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance its market presence. The role involves executing marketing initiatives, managing digital presence, and supporting business development efforts to drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing initiatives that support business development, client engagement, and brand growth
- Partner with pursuit and operations teams to support proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Manage and enhance the company’s digital presence, including website updates and social media channels
- Develop content such as project profiles, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Support targeted marketing campaigns aligned with key markets and service lines
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or industrial services
- Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, or business development efforts is highly preferred
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative and team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
