Responsibilities:
- Edit and refine customer-faced technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards
- Gather and analyze market information, delivering insightful analysis to support business decisions
- Develop application tools to facilitate engineering daily support
- Assist in understanding and applying industry certifications and standards to project and processes
- Support technical documentation matrix during project support

- Manage, optimize, and integrate data, workflows, and reporting across multiple platforms, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and accessibility
- Lead day-to-day defensive security operations across IT, cloud, and OT environments
- Oversee managed security partners, internal engineers, and detection/response tooling to ensure incidents are identified, contained, and remediated

- Develop new processes as needed and be responsible for their implementation
- Have a strong understanding of Excel, with the ability to keep price lists updated and accurate
- Work with overseas teams to ensure updated pricing and coordinate with the Supply chain management team to ensure timely parts orders
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers as orders are shipped
- Identify/manage strategic key utility accounts and grow long-term partnerships
- Perform business development for the strategic account market segment
- Help to develop product marketing strategy and implementation schedule
- Assist in gaining better brand recognition by participating in trade shows and other public functions
- Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, and competitor's information
- Manage, optimize, and integrate data, workflows, and reporting across multiple platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and accessibility while enabling efficient operational processes
- Develop and maintain performance tracking systems, oversee KPI data sourcing, and manage document lifecycle processes
- Act as a bridge between operational teams, leadership, and technical stakeholders
- Lead day-to-day defensive security operations across IT, cloud, and OT environments
- Oversee managed security partners, internal engineers, and detection/response tooling
- Design and mature the SecOps function, including vulnerability management and incident response playbooks
- Build and scale secure development, product assurance, and software supply-chain security capabilities
