HST Pathways is on a mission to transform healthcare with innovative software technology. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by engaging prospects and creating new demo opportunities while managing an active pipeline in Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Drive pipeline growth by fearlessly engaging prospects and creating new demo opportunities
- Manage and prioritize a large, active pipeline in Salesforce with precision and follow-through
- Become an expert on HST’s products, the ASC industry, and the key challenges our customers face
- Represent HST with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm on every call, email, and interaction
- Collaborate closely with peers and leaders to refine messaging, share wins, and continuously improve
- Bring creativity, optimism, and a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge
- Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where excellence is the standard — and fun is part of the process
Requirements:
- Prior clinical healthcare experience or prior SDR or inside sales experience
- Confident and resilient on the phones (50+ calls per day)
- Proven ability to manage time and pipeline effectively using Salesforce and LinkedIn
- Comfortable leveraging modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack, Teams, etc.)
- Strong communication and organization skills with high attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and adaptable — thrives in evolving, growth-focused environments
