Nebuly is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup building the world’s first user analytics platform for AI agents. The Product Manager will work closely with the CEO and the engineering team to define, ship, and uphold high standards for product features, ensuring they meet customer needs and maintain quality.
Responsibilities:
- Drive feature definition: write clear, thorough PRDs and feature specs that give the engineering team everything they need to build with confidence and without ambiguity
- Own quality: review every feature before it ships. You are the last line of defense. If it doesn't meet the bar, it doesn't go out
- Prioritize ruthlessly: work directly with the CEO to evaluate what to build next, backed by data, customer insight, and a sharp instinct for what actually moves the needle
- Be the voice of the customer: talk regularly with customers and work closely with the revenue team to gather structured feedback, spot patterns, and feed them into the roadmap
- Keep the product coherent: ensure that as we ship fast, the product remains intuitive, consistent, and genuinely delightful to use
Requirements:
- 3+ years of building products, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Customer obsession: you instinctively think about problems from the user's perspective and actively seek out feedback rather than waiting for it to come to you
- Exceptional prioritization instincts: you understand that what you don't build matters as much as what you do. You know how to say no, and you can back it up
- Pixel-level attention to detail: you care deeply about design quality, UX consistency, and the fine details that separate a good product from a great one
- Strong written communication: your PRDs are clear, structured, and leave no room for misinterpretation
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma is a must: you'll be expected to jump in and create designs for the engineering team as needed, from quick wireframes to polished UI specs, so comfort moving fast and iterating on feedback is key
- Experience with enterprise-grade analytics, observability, and business intelligence platforms, including familiarity with the security, compliance, and governance constraints typical of large enterprise environments
- Enough technical fluency to work effectively with engineers and understand tradeoffs
- Excellent English, written and spoken
