They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage complex projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant results while coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of complex provider network projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverable tracking systems to ensure on-time completion
- Create executive-level presentations and reporting for senior leadership
- Facilitate effective project meetings and serve as the single point of contact for project status updates
- Implement formal processes for resource management, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and change management
- Coordinate with multiple business units and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address challenges before they impact timelines
- Manage internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Research and assist leadership in developing new strategic initiatives and project designs
- Balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-level projects, with at least 2+ years at executive or C-suite level
- Demonstrated expertise in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management tools
- Strong technical aptitude with experience implementing business process improvement projects
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or provider network environments preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
