Archive is a technology platform for branded resale, aiming to change consumer shopping behavior. As a Technical Product Manager, you will partner with engineering teams to translate product vision into technical goals, drive product initiatives across various platforms, and lead cross-functional collaboration to launch and scale new capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Translate product vision into concrete technical goals, working with design and engineering to break down strategy into clear requirements documents and specs for AI-native development workflows
- Drive product initiatives across our entire platform, spanning e‑commerce, business administration, data and reporting, third‑party integrations, warehouse operations, and internal tooling
- Keep broad and complete state of everything involving and related to your projects
- Pre-empt and resolve any issues that may steer projects off-course
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, resale operations, and brand‑facing teams to successfully launch and scale new platform capabilities
- Build strong relationships with customer-facing teams, and possessing high levels of empathy for our end-users’ needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product experience and have worked in a growing startup
- Proven track record of working with engineering teams and understanding complex technical concepts
- Able to paint a higher-level product vision for engineers, but also able to get into the details and be a strong execution partner
- Ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments and context-switch with ease
- You advocate for your products and projects, but are also able to adjust as priorities change
- Ability to understand diverse client needs and synthesize them into a scalable yet customizable platform capabilities and features
- Strong communication skills and a propensity for translating complex ideas and projects into clear and concise PRDs for AI-native spec driven development
