Business Analyst

Alignerr is seeking experienced Business Analysts to lead and mentor a team in creating high-quality, business-focused content for training advanced AI models. The role involves managing workflows, conducting quality assurance, and guiding the creation of analytical content across various domains such as finance and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously improve team processes
• Provide actionable performance feedback, coaching, and development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content work
• Strong analytical and research skills with a sharp eye for logical consistency and accuracy
• Skilled at giving constructive, detailed feedback and structured annotations
• Creative thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
• Excellent communicator — clear, collaborative, and organized
• No prior AI experience required
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
