Oversee minor capital works, refurbishments, and maintenance projects
Ensure assets meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
Build strong relationships with site leaders, residents, and external providers
Monitor budgets, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
This is a highly visible role where your ability to prioritise, communicate, and deliver will directly impact service quality.
About You
You’re practical, organised, and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of facilities or asset management in a complex environment.
You will bring:
Experience in asset, facilities or maintenance coordination (ideally 3+ years)
Knowledge of building compliance, WHS, and relevant legislation
Proven ability to manage contractors and maintenance programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
A trade, facilities, engineering or related background (desirable)
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
You’re someone who takes ownership, works collaboratively, and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality environments for communities.
Why Join Uniting?
