They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of executive-level sales dashboards, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with Sales Leadership, CRO organization, RevOps, and Product stakeholders
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and discovery workshops to gather reporting requirements
- Understand leadership decision-making needs and reporting expectations
- Translate business requirements into dashboard strategy and roadmap
- Drive alignment across multiple sales teams and product lines
- Assess current sales dashboards and reporting landscape
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting inefficiencies
- Propose new dashboard views and metrics for leadership and sales teams
- Design role-based dashboards for executives, sales managers, and reps
- Define scalable and standardized reporting framework
- Define and implement dashboards covering: Pipeline health and coverage, Funnel conversion and stage analysis, Forecast vs actuals, ARR / Bookings / ACV trends, Win/Loss and deal analysis, Sales cycle and deal velocity, Product line performance, Segment performance (region, industry, customer size), Expansion, renewal, and churn metrics
- Own end-to-end roadmap for sales dashboards
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams for delivery
- Ensure dashboards are executive-ready and actionable
- Drive iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven insights within sales dashboards
- Implement predictive analytics and intelligent reporting
- Drive use cases such as: Pipeline risk scoring, Forecast prediction models, Deal slippage detection, Conversion trend prediction, Opportunity prioritization, Next best action recommendations
- Drive adoption of dashboards across sales leadership and teams
- Conduct walkthroughs and executive presentations
- Gather feedback and continuously enhance dashboards
- Reduce manual reporting and improve decision-making speed
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management / Sales Analytics / BI Product roles
- Experience working with Sales Leadership and executive stakeholders
- Strong experience defining sales KPIs for product companies
- Experience conducting stakeholder surveys and requirement workshops
- Proven experience identifying reporting gaps and proposing solutions
- Experience building executive-level dashboards
- Experience with Tableau / Power BI / Looker / Salesforce reporting
- Strong understanding of SaaS / product company sales metrics
- Experience working in B2B SaaS product companies
- Experience with Salesforce data model
- Experience with AI / predictive analytics for sales
- Experience working with large-scale sales organizations
- SQL / Databricks / modern data stack experience (good to have)
